Submit a State Publication

All Utah government agency publishers and members of the public are invited to submit copies of Utah government publications.

Digital Publications

PDF (portable document format) is the preferred format
Submit large size files - Zip and submit multiple files

Print, CD-ROM, and DVD Publications

If the publication is in a physical format as well as a digital format, please send a minimum of 3 copies of each to the State Library.

Submit digital publications using the Utah State Publications Drop Box at left.

If the publication is only available in a physical format such as paper or electronic media please send 17 copies of each to the State Library for distribution. These should be sent by inter-departmental mail to: Linda Roholt at the Utah State Library, Box 7810.

Notification of Online Publications

To send us a notification please:

  1. Send a email message to statepubs@utah.gov, with
  2. "State Publication Notification" in the subject line
  3. Publication title, publishing agency, and URL (if known) in the body of the message.

We will attempt to find a digital copy or digitize the publication and add it to the Digital Library for permant public access.
