Session laws are the compiled and published enrolled bills (laws) and resolutions passed at the conclusion of each regular and special session of the state legislature. Since 1870 this annual publication has been known as the "Laws of Utah." Within each volume, laws have been arranged into numbered chapters. Resolutions are included but not assigned a chapter number.
